Directors Theresa O’Brien and Sally Crown are based in Hawke’s Bay and have worked individually on a number of successful projects across the motu. Through their experiences they have identified gaps in service delivery and support, especially in Māori business start up and development. They have set up Tipu Ake Tonu to provide assistance where needed through a range of services including programmes and education delivered by experts from their comprehensive networks.
